Challenge:
A feasibility study was conducted for the proposed redevelopment of ADM offices in Gainsborough. The redevelopment consists of an office expansion and full refurbishment. A concept design, budget cost plan and procurement strategy was produced to identify potential site opportunities, a cost plan and a list of key milestones to enable the project team to commence preparation of a detailed Programme of Works.
