Challenge:
The existing site features a number of buildings ranging from late-Victorian to late-20th Century. The creation of a robust design feasibility document provided a number of possible development options that have been made available for consideration by various investors. These identified development opportunities maximise the existing site whilst appropriately responding to the existing surrounding urban context.
