Full Architectural Service
Stem has over 25 years of experience working predominately in the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors. Mostly notably creating the University of Lincoln’s campus, developing Barnsley College’s campus, working closely with Lincoln College, most recently on the International Aviation & Space Training Institute and transforming Lambeth College’s campuses in London. Stem’s service is focused around forming a brief that meets your expectations and the teams experience believes that building rapport is essential for clear communication and producing a cost-effective design that will ensure budgets adhered to.
This is demonstrated in our relationship with Lincoln University, which we have designed and project managed many of the current university campus buildings to date, including the RIBA award winning Great Central Warehouse Library, the student union building Engine Shed and the David Chiddick building to name a few. Stem follows the RIBA plan of work that is made up of briefing, designing, constructing and operational building, which includes RIBA stages 0 to 7. Not all projects require the full architectural service and the team are happy to provide all aspects of the work stages from individual to multiple depending on your specific needs.
