Planning Approval for St Giles Community Centre

Stem Architects proposals for YMCA Lincolnshire to improve and bring to life an existing community centre in the St Giles area of Lincoln were approved by planners in summer 2023. The community asset is in the process of being transferred to YMCA Lincolnshire to enable a new life for the building; with works aiming to improve the accessibility of the building and provide improved facilities and activities for children and young people in the area.
