Completion of Fillingham Housing Project

Stem Architects were delighted to see the completion of our housing project at Fillingham in summer 2023. This bespoke housing scheme in the stunning Lincolnshire village of Fillingham came from a recommendation from another client. Complex conservation area requirements demanded a sensitive attention to detail and material palette; with beautiful interiors designed by Victoria Covell Interiors.

This dilapidated cottage was given a total overhaul including a brand new extension to make it into a modern family home (check out the before and after above); alongside a brand new family dwelling on the site in keeping with the traditional vernacular of the village.
