Phase 1 of Parklands Housing Scheme Complete

Stem Architects are delighted to share images of the completion of Phase 1 of the Parklands housing scheme located in Sudbrooke, Lincolnshire being delivered by Jackson and Jackson Developments.

The key to the success of the development is its beautiful setting, providing the client with an opportunity to enhance and restore the quality landscape, and compliment it with bespoke house designs which are suitable to their rural surroundings. All houses are individually designed with a respect to local character, using a range of materials present in the local vernacular. The aim is to deliver a scheme underpinned by quality, and to avoid a typical urban housing estate. Creating a unique sense of place and identity centred around new social and community benefits including bring the site’s history back to life.

The success and high quality of the housing at the Parklands is already being acknowledged with Jackson and Jackson Developments being awarded “Residential Property Developer of the Year” at the recent East Midlands Property Awards.
