Challenge:
Stem Architects prepared a Design & Access Statement on behalf of the applicant East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) and accompanies a Listed Building Consent (LBC) application for amendments to previous approved works at the Grade II listed Spilsby Sessions House. The approved works include the repair and alterations to the building to create a multi-functional theatre and community space in the main hall, with adjacent areas providing support spaces including a café and bar, meeting room, creative workspaces/offices and heritage display.
