Challenge:
Stem Architects was commissioned to prepare a concept design and a full planning application for the proposed erection of a new residential care home on land to the south of Harrogate Road and east of Kimberwicke Walk in Bradford. A new residential care home building will be formed alongside garden amenity space, dedicated access and car parking, and associated structures. The building will be formed over three floors comprising of a total of 72 bedrooms for residents as well as associated amenities and facilities. Stem will be supporting Torsion Care & Torsion Projects from conception to completion.
