Challenge:
Grantham College is an education facility with several existing buildings across its campus. The existing Link Block is constructed with RAAC within its structure which makes it completely unsafe for occupation. The plan is to demolish the building and replace it with a redesigned facility that offers improved learning provisions. The extent of the works required will include; erection of the new link block whilst preserving the bridge linking to the engineering block and the implementation of both soft and hard landscaping designs.
