Challenge:
An initial Feasibility Study was produced by the Investors in Lincoln to evaluate proposals for conversion of the former Lincoln Police Station building located on West Parade in the Lincoln City Centre. The focus on a specific set of requirements to provide a mixed use development which accommodates bespoke facilities in both Health Care and Education. The historic value of the former Police Station is often subject to much public debate but the project team feel that this iconic structure offers great opportunity to create a new exemplar facility in Health Care and Education which will continue the legacy of the building for years to come.
