Challenge:
The existing former station master office on the edge of the University of Lincoln Campus was refurbished and included a modern extension to form a new incubator units for start up businesses. The new elements of the Sparkhouse Studios design was informed by the motion of a train passing through a station. Due to the success of Sparkhouse Studios for new businesses, the Enterpise @ Lincoln building was created as a further expansion.
