Challenge:
The client wanted to create a Town House style development that has a bespoke aesthetic and feel. A focus was put on the positive impact of nature and green space, Pine Mill was to be designed with a a ‘cosy village feel’. The ethos of the Pine Mill development is centred around health, wellbeing and sustainability to provide students and staff with a stimulating environment. Beautiful outdoor spaces encourage students to socialise and relax in the outdoor environment which, in turn promotes wellbeing and happiness.
Solution:
Pine Mill was designed as a student neighbourhood that’s home to a beautiful selection of brand-new 6, 9 and 13-bedroom townhouses, all surrounded by landscaped courtyards. The idea behind the design was to create a gated student neighbourhood in Lincoln, made for students looking for stylish, high-quality accommodation to call home.
