Pine Mill Completion

Pine Mill is a brand-new private Student Accommodation in Lincoln made up of 6, 9 and 13 bedroom houses. It is a 10-minute walk from the University of Lincoln Campus and its location makes the building a prime spot for students on courses at the University Science Park and the new Medical School.

In this new 7 block student accommodation complex, future residents will have some brilliant views north towards the historic centre of Lincoln.

The ethos of the Pine Mill development is centred around health, wellbeing and sustainability to provide students and staff with a stimulating environment. Beautiful outdoor spaces encourage students to socialise and relax in the outdoor environment which, in turn promotes wellbeing and happiness. Large open plan and well-lit internal communal areas facilitate students with the perfect space in which to interact with one another.

Included in Pine Mill’s sustainability measures are energy efficient heating boilers and LED light fittings. Each bedroom includes an Energy Saving Switch (ESS) for further reduction on electric consumption when not in use.

As parking can be particularly rare in Lincoln city centre, one feature of the new accommodation is that it offers many spaces for its residents, including disabled parking bays that are in close proximity to rooms with disabled facilities.

The parking will be secure and gated, giving people access to parking right next to their home and they can exit/ enter the complex as they please. Another sustainable feature is that some of the parking bays will have electric charging points, ensuring all residents and their vehicle needs are regarded.
