Significant award winning projects include the iconic Great Central Warehouse Library (winner - RIBA East Midlands Awards) and the AAD school of Art, Architecture & Design (winner - Brick Awards). Stem led the design and project management of the Brayford Pool campus for the University of Lincoln, creating the first new university in England for over 25 years and transforming the city of Lincoln’s urban core.
