The scheme was to restore and refurbish an existing derelict traditional brick stationmaster’s office, and construct a modern extension enveloping three of its facades. Both old and new are segregated into 20 square metre incubator units for new local businesses wishing to start up their own companies. These are then supplemented by ancillary and communal facilities which open onto views of the river and Cathedral.
