The scheme is to replace an existing dilapidated metal clad barn structure with a state of the art sustainable building to house all the amenities required of the “Arable Hub”. The works also include the careful demolition of another dilapidated barn on the Lodge Farm site where it is the intention to recycle the stone from this structure within the interior of the new building.
