Once contaminated railway sidings the former East Holmes rail yard now plays host to the first new University in England for over 25 years. The University of Lincoln’s Brayford Pool campus is a 10 year project totalling £150 million of capital investment providing the catalyst for social and economic regeneration of Lincoln city centre. To date, Stem Architects have been responsible for the project management and design in part of this modern award winning campus and remain focussed on delivering the client this unfinished project.
